Meditation and Yoga with Emma

Emma is a Yoga Teacher trained in Rishikesh India, the Yoga capital of the world. In this meditation and yoga practice, she'll invite you to slow down, relax and listen to your heart. In dire times, the heart speaks louder its fears, but also it's hopes and desires. Big changes are in motion and it may be the opportunity for all of us to re-invent our lives and ourselves. Why not start clean with cleared thinking?

The 10 min guided meditation will help you listen to your heart.

The Surrender yoga class is yin, floor-based yoga practice. You'll be seated and laying down on your yoga mat. A strap or belt, and yoga blocks or pillows will help you feel more comfortable.

You can practice these every day for best results. Yoga is a daily opportunity to connect with self in a gentle way. Listen to your body and if it does not feel good, don't do it!
